The state is not feeling the cold even though the month of December has started. The cold is still low due to three hurricanes in the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. 


A hurricane named Burevi has become active in the Bay of Bengal. The activation of the system in the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea has an effect on the atmosphere of Gujarat. Wind direction changes due to hurricanes. The lowest temperature in the state was recorded at Naliya, Gandhinagar and Valsad at 13 degrees. It is likely to be cold around 14 to 16 degrees in Ahmedabad.

Three hurricanes became active from

22 November to 3 December Three hurricanes became active from 22 November to 3 December. These include Gati, Nivar and Boveri hurricanes respectively.

The hurricane will weaken and the cold will increase again. In
December, northerly winds are blowing but due to the hurricane, east-southeast winds are blowing. Due to which the minimum temperature has been recorded two degrees higher than normal. 



According to the meteorological department, Gujarat will not be affected by the hurricane. However, due to the current in the sea, fishermen have been instructed not to go to the coast of Kerala. As the storm weakens, northerly winds will begin to blow again and the cold will increase
