The mood in the capital Delhi-NCR has changed abruptly. The sky is overcast and dust is blowing in some areas. According to the meteorological department, the weather will remain like this in Delhi for the next 48 hours.

On the other hand, with the departure of Holi, the temperature in the Thar desert is rising. The temperature here has reached above 40 degrees. The situation is similar in Barmer, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. Many districts of the state, including Jaipur and Alwar, were lashed by dust storm and strong winds on Tuesday afternoon.




Delhi breaks 76-year-old heat record The heat

wave in March broke a 76-year-old record in Delhi. On the day of Holi i.e. March 29, the maximum temperature recorded here was 40.1 degrees, which is 8 degrees higher than normal. The minimum temperature was also 20.6 degrees, three degrees higher than normal. Earlier, on March 31, 1945, Delhi recorded a temperature of 40.5 degrees. On March 29, 1973, Delhi recorded a temperature of 39.6 degrees.
