Preparations for another lockdown in Maharashtra:CM Uddhav Thackeray told officials- create a lockdown strategy; Anxiety increased as more than 40,000 cases were registered in a single day

In Maharashtra, the situation is spiraling out of control. A record 40,000 new cases of corona were reported in the state on Sunday. This has also raised concerns of the government and once again a complete lockdown is being prepared in Maharashtra. The task force on Corona has also recommended a lockdown. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray then asked Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte to formulate a lockdown strategy.

The CM said, "Section 144 or curfew will not

work." Curfew will not change anything. Now lockdown is the only option. Following Uddhav's statement, it is believed that a complete lockdown in Maharashtra may be announced in the next one or two days. The Chief Minister has taken information from the officials regarding the number of beds in the hospitals, arrangement of oxygen and ventilators.

Meanwhile, a complete lockdown has been imposed in Hingoli district since Sunday. This will apply from 7 a.m. on March 29 to 12 noon on April 4. However, essential services such as milk, groceries, fruit and vegetable shops and medical stores will remain open during this time. Apart from this, it has been decided to implement lockdown in Aurangabad from midnight on March 30 to April 8.


Tradition canceled due to corona In

this direction, the donkey exhibition which has been going on for the last 80 years in Vida village of Cage taluka of Beed district has been canceled this time. In this exhibition, a donkey is painted, a sandal necklace is put around its neck and a person is placed on it and the whole village is turned around. The person sitting on the donkey is given a gold ring and new clothes as a prize. However, the district officer has ordered the cancellation of the program despite the insistence of the gram panchayat.

Corona

breaks all records Corona has broken all records in the last 24 hours in Maharashtra. There were 40,414 new cases here on Sunday. This is the largest number of patients registered here in a single day. Earlier, on March 26, 36,902 cases were registered. Last day, 108 people died in the state, out of which 58 died in Nagpur alone.

7,000 patients come to

Mumbai In the last 24 hours, 6923 new cases have come up in Mumbai. In addition, 12 people were killed. So far 3 lakh 98 thousand 674 people have registered positive in Mumbai. So far 11 thousand 649 people have died due to corona.
