There are so many places to visit in Kutch, but here we have brought a little special and very good place for you. If you are in Kutch, you must have seen the space given here. There are places. 1. Shyamji Krishna Varma

Shyamji Krishna Varma (4 October 1857 - 30 March 1930) was an Indian revolutionary, Indian patriot, lawyer and journalist who founded the Indian House Rule Society, India House and The Indian Sociologist in London. Click on the photos for more information





2. Bhadreshwar Jain Temple

It is believed to be one of the oldest Jain temples in India, although they have been renovated and rehabilitated from time to time. The temple is said to be first renovated by King Sidhsen of Bhadrawati in 449 B.C. .




3. Mandvi Beach
 Mandvi city was founded in 1580 by the Rao of Kutch, Khengarji. Being an integral port, the skill of the Gujarati sailors was valued by many at that time. Even Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, who discovered the Europe-to-India sea route in 1497, was accompanied by a Gujarati sailor.


4. Gudkhar Abhyaran (Wild Ass Sanctuary)

The wildlife sanctuary was established in 1972 and came under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972. The sanctuary is one of the last places on earth where the endangered wild ass sub-species Indian Wild Ass (Khur) (Equus hemionus khur) belonging to Asiatic Wild Ass species Onager (Equus hemionus) can be spotted.



5. Vijay Vilas Palace
The palace was built during reign of Maharao Shri Khengarji III, the Maharao of Kutch, as a summer resort for the use of his son & heir to the kingdom, the Yuvraj Shri Vijayaraji and is therefore, named after him as Vijaya Vilas Palace.



6. Narayan Sarovar

It was in very ancient times famous for its great lake. This, agreeing with the account of the lake found by Alexander, and perhaps lasting till the change of the course of the Indus river (about 1000), was in part renewed by the earthquake of 1819.


7. Kutch Museum

Kutch museum was initially established as a part of the School of Arts established by Khengarji III, the Maharao of Cutch State. It was founded on 1 July 1877.


8.Dholavira

Dholavira (Gujarati: ધોળાવીરા) is an archaeological site at Khadirbet in Bhachau Taluka of Kutch District, in the state of Gujarat in western India, which has taken its name from a modern-day village 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) south of it. 



9. Prag Mahel 

Prag Mahal is named after Rao Pragmalji II, who commissioned it and construction began in 1865. It was designed by Colonel Henry Saint Wilkins in what the local tourist office describes as the Italian Gothic style, although it would be better described as a Romanesque architecture twist on the Indo-Saracenic Revival style, and many Italian artisans were involved in its construction.


10.The great rann of kutch 

The Great Rann of Kutch (or Rann of Kutch seasonal salt marsh) is a salt marsh in the Thar Desert in the Kutch District of Gujarat, India. It is about 7500 km2 (2900 sq miles) in the area and is reputed to be one of the largest salt deserts in the world.[2] This area has been inhabited by the Kutchi people.
