WhatsApp periodically launches user friendly feature. The company has now added an in-app support feature to its lineup. This will allow you to report any bugs or other problems in WhatsApp directly to the company. The company is currently testing a beta version. After successful testing, it will be launched globally to all users.

The feature has been launched on 2.20.201.5 and 2.20.202.7 beta versions of Android, according to a report by WABetaInfo, a website that shares information about WhatsApp's features. This feature can be used through the Contact us page. Here the user has to send his problem in text form.

Follow this setting to use the new feature



Users will have to go to WhatsApp's Settings => Help => Contact us to send their complaint. Any problem related to WhatsApp will have to be typed and the relevant photo will have to be attached.

However the photo will be optional. Then it has to be sent. However, text messages, media files and status updates are not included in the log of this feature.

If the WhatsApp support team succeeds in resolving the user's problem, it will talk to the users through WhatsApp support chat. According to the report, the chat will close after the conversation between the reporter and the support team is over.
