Sushant Death Case:CBI completes probe, finds no evidence of conspiracy, submits closure report to court: claim in report

It has been four months since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant's death case is being investigated by the CBI. Sushant's fans and family are hoping for justice. Meanwhile, media reports have claimed that the CBI has completed its investigation and will soon submit its report to the court. The case is being investigated by the country's top three agencies (CBI, ED and NCB). Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in a flat in Bandra, Mumbai on June 14.

The
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has completed its probe and does not suspect any foul play in the Sushant case, Zee News reported. The CBI will soon submit the closure report to the court. The court will then decide what can happen next in this case.

The AIIMS forensic team said Sushant had committed suicide. The
AIIMS denied the murder theory and said it was a case of suicide. The CBI did not find any evidence of murder in the case, nor was there any evidence of a scuffle or attempted intrusion into the house. No other evidence linked to the killings was found. Murder theory then completely failed.

The forensic
audit report also found nothing suspicious. On the other hand, the forensic audit report of Sushant's bank account also did not find any suspicious transactions. According to the report, all of Sushant's bank accounts had transactions worth Rs 70 crore in the last five years, of which only Rs 55 lakh was spent on Riya Chakraborty. Sushant spent most of his money on travel, spas and buying gifts.

ED found no evidence of money laundering
Sushant's father KK Singh had filed a Rs 15 crore fraud case against Riya in Patna. The ED then filed a money laundering case and interrogated the actress three times. However, the ED has not yet released its final report. A forensic audit of Rajput's bank account was conducted during the investigation of the case. Media reports claimed that the ED had now found no evidence of money laundering from the actor's bank account. The report quoted ED sources as saying that the allegations were made due to misunderstanding from Sushant's family. The ED did not find any evidence of money laundering or any suspicious transactions from the actor's account. However, small and large transactions in the account are being investigated and it will be investigated who did these transactions and why. According to the report, The ED found out that Sushant had paid Rs 2.78 crore in tax (including GST) from his bank account. Some small-to-large sums are still missing. The investigating agency is trying to investigate. According to ED sources, they did not find any large amount of transactions from Sushant's account in Riya Chakraborty's account. The investigating agency believes that there may be small-to-large transactions between the two.

Riya,
who has been lodged in Byculla jail for the past one month in a drugs case, was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 7. Earlier, the sessions court extended Rihanna's judicial custody to 14 days.

After bail, Rhea will expose people one by one
Riya's lawyer Satish Manshinde said after Riya came out of jail that Riya would take action against those who made false allegations against her.

Actress Riya Chakraborty had lodged a complaint with the CBI seeking action against Dimple Thawani, who lives next door to her, after she was released from jail in a drugs case. In the complaint, Rhea said Dimple tried to divert the investigation by making a false statement.

Riya's letter to the CBI said that her neighbor Dimple had given a statement to the media that on the night of June 13, Sushant Singh Rajput had come to drop Riya at her house. Based on Dimple's statement, several reports were released in a section of the media questioning Sushant's death.

When the CBI questioned Dimple, he said that someone else had seen Sushant-Riya. However, he did not see these people together. He was then released on a stern warning from CBI officials. Now Rhea had demanded action on the matter.
