What is the problem of endometriosis?

Endometriosis is a problem related to women. It involves the endometrium tissue returning to the inside of the uterus, causing the endometrium tissue to grow abruptly. It also seems to spread beyond the uterus. Sometimes this return spreads to the ovaries, intestines, and other reproductive organs in addition to the outer layer of the uterus. This is called endometriosis.

It also affects reproductive organs such as the fallopian tubes and ovaries. Which can cause bleeding and pain during periods in women. In it, women face many kinds of hardships. It often causes fertility problems.

The cause of endometriosis

Problems with the immune system. Connection of endometrial veins to injury after surgery such as hysterectomy, C-section.

Bleeding due to rupture of endometrial tissue. The blood then accumulates in the pelvic cavity through the fallopian tubes instead of leaving the body.

Spread of blood cells, endometrial veins to other parts of the body.

If any medication is running during periods, it can cause this problem.

What came up in the research

A research on endometriosis was done in America. It turned out that women who take a thick and soft bed and sunbath. They have an increased risk of endometriosis.
Researched from 1989 to 2015. The research collected health data from 116,429 nurses. All were between the ages of 25 and 42.
The research, published in Human Reproduction, found that it compared women who did not use a soft and thick bed and women who used it 3 or more times. Women up to the age of 35 had a 30% increased risk of endometriosis.
Those who sunbathed 5 or more times at a young age have a 12% increased risk of getting sick. People who sunbathe with sunscreen have a 10% risk of endometriosis.
"We should avoid doing things that increase the risk of cancer and endometriosis," says Leslie V. Farland, an assistant professor of epidemiology.
