Corona Kaher:Out of 1,721 patient deaths in Gujarat from July 1 to October 11, 1111 deaths in North-South Gujarat and Saurashtra.

 

  • From July 1 to October 11, 666 deaths occurred in South Gujarat and 324 deaths in Saurashtra

Coro's black care is rampant in Gujarat, with more than a thousand cases and around 10 deaths being registered by the state health department every day. After the death of the first corona patient in the state on March 22, the corona has claimed the lives of 3569 patients in the state till October 11 today. According to the zones, out of the total deaths, the highest number of deaths was 2108 in Central Gujarat followed by 838 in South Gujarat. Compared to March 19 to June 30, corona deaths in Central Gujarat have doubled from July 1 to October 11, while in Saurashtra it has increased six times, in South Gujarat four times and in North Gujarat one and a half times.

The highest number of deaths occurred in Central Gujarat from
19th March to 30th June. From 19th March to 30th June, 1848 patients died in Gujarat. Out of which 1528 patients were from Central Gujarat. While 172 patients from South Gujarat, 94 from North Gujarat, 48 from Saurashtra and 5 from Kutch and one patient from other states died. Thus, in 104 days of this period, 1528 patients died in Central Gujarat alone while 314 patients died in North-South Gujarat and Saurashtra together. Which is less than half that of Central Gujarat.

Deaths in North-South and Saurashtra increased from 1 July to 11 October 1721 patients died in Gujarat from 1 July to 11 October. Central Gujarat saw a two-and-a-half-fold drop in deaths during this period. The death toll in Central Gujarat has come down to 580. Saurashtra recorded 324 deaths with a 6-fold increase, South with a 4-fold increase of 666 and North Gujarat with 121 deaths with a 1.5-fold increase. In Kutch, 28 patients died during this period and 2 from other states. Thus 103 days of this period have been heavy for Saurashtra, South Gujarat and North Gujarat.
